The Villages at Ocean Hill Fitness Center is fully equipped for a varied and rigorous workout. Available to homeowners, renters, and the public, the gym has both weight training and cardio equipment.

Located on the west side of Route 12 at 1236 Lakeside Drive in Corolla, daily and weekly usage passes are available for a fee. For more information visit the Fitness Center or call (252) 453-9604.

VOH Renter Pass Options:
Individual Day Pass: $15
Individual Week Pass: $50
House Week Pass (up to 4 users): $140
Additional House Pass User: $35

Some Villages at Ocean Hill rental homes include guest passes in the rental fee. Check with your property management company to see if your rental home is part of the Renters Advantage Program (RAP).

In-Season: Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Monday
7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Daily
Off-Season: Tuesday after Labor Day – Friday before Memorial Day Weekend
7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Daily

Reservations for Fitness Center sessions are recommended and can be made online via the Schedule Appointment link at the top of the webpage, or by calling the Fitness Center directly.

Other amenities include two 40-inch flat-screen TV’s, men’s and women’s showers, water cooler, physician’s scale and free hand towels.

           Fitness Center Rules: 

We have posted the following rules to promote the safety and enjoyment of the facility by all.

  1. Everyone must have a valid pass to use the Fitness Center.
  2. All members and guests must sign in at the reception desk.
  3. Proper athletic footwear and attire is required.
  4. Wipe down equipment when finished. Disinfectant wipes are available for this purpose.
  5. Limit use of cardio equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
  6. Re-rack all weights, plates and dumbbells.
  7. Do not drop weights. This is dangerous to the lifter and others.
  8. No screaming, yelling or use of obscenities allowed in the Fitness Center.
  9. No glass drinking containers in Fitness Center.
  10. No chalk, food or tobacco products are permitted.
  11. No horseplay will be tolerated.
  12. The televisions may be tuned to different channels, but the volume may be used for only one channel at a time.
  13. Individuals using the Fitness Center must be at least 16 years of age and be prepared to show proof of age if requested by Fitness Center Staff or Management.
  14. All Fitness Center users must comply with directions given by the Fitness Center Staff, without question.

All users of the Fitness Center acknowledge and accept the risk of injury or medical problems that may arise from use of the Fitness Center.
